Check available transfer quota

Note: This step only concerns transfers inbound to China. It is not necessary for non-CNY scenario transfers.

Before initiating a transfer, Partners can make an inquiry about the quota limit of a Beneficiary in a certain currency with the inquiryTransferQuota API.

For example, considering the CNY scenario, a Customer needs to transfer money from USD to CNY inbound to China. A Partner can utilize the inquiryTransferQuota API to inquire about the given Customer's CNY quota limits. WorldFirst(Alipay) responses with relevant information such as the quota cap of the Customer, the available quota and the frozen quota of the Customer, etc.

Procedure

This process has the following steps:

  1. Partners send the inquiry to WorldFirst(Alipay) about the quota limits of a Customer.
  2. WorldFirst(Alipay) responses to Partners with the transfer quota of the Customer.
